Our paper entitled “The COMMD3/8 complex determines GRK6 specificity for chemoattractant receptors” has been published in J. Exp. Med. on May 14.
In this study, we show that a protein complex consisting of COMMD3 and COMMD8 (COMMD3/8 complex) acts as a positive regulator of chemoattractant receptor signaling and plays important roles in the control of lymphocyte migration and immune responses. Additionally, this study uncovers a novel aspect of G protein-coupled receptor signaling.
